I click compute mask and then apply thus giving me this cutout (I have hidden the background for demonstration purpose) I use Topaz Mask AI to draw a line on the edges of the man - then filling the rest of the man with green (Meaning the inside of the selection is to be kept) OK I tried it out now, this is an image I took in india, I am going to try to cut out the central gentleman. I can see how I would pay should I use this often. I think I spend 20 minutes per mask in photoshop (these were dancers). Overall, and having tried to do this in Gimp -maybe I did it in a not optimun way- it's a breeze to use these features. It's ok for me to cull with one, edit with another and catalog with another. This is my biggest hesitation at adding different programs. ![]() I wish there was some kind of non-destructive way for photos ACROSS programs. It was very useful to get a sense of how well it works, and given the noisy nature of the shot you use, it's pretty illustrative. I have been eyeing the Topaz AI collection and it is far superior to the PS included ones.įlowchart, fantastic, the first example is great to see the kind of outcome and task, and the comments. With mixed results, sometimes PS works better sometimes topaz does - mind you the PS option is much faster (no painting needed). ![]() ![]() Check the trial out first I've spent an hour now on different photos using Topaz Mask AI vs Photoshops object selection tool.
